What you’ll own

  • Own the document set for every shipment — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, commercial invoice and packing list — from booking to bank presentation.
  • Draft and lodge Letters of Credit, and make sure each set is UCP 600-compliant before it reaches the negotiating bank.
  • File customs declarations and coordinate with CHAs across Mundra, Kandla and JNPT so nothing sits at the port.

What you’ll bring

  • Working knowledge of Incoterms and UCP 600, and the discipline to catch a discrepancy before the bank does.
  • Comfort with trade portals such as ICEGATE and e-sealing, and a document trail that survives an audit.
  • A specification mindset: you decide what correct looks like before anything is lodged.

Small team, real consequences: a buyer’s question, a mill’s deadline or a deployment window is yours until it is closed. We would rather hand you the thread than a task ticket.

Numbers do not scare you

HS codes, MOQs, lead times, Incoterms, margins, latency budgets — the work is full of figures that have to be right, and being approximately right is not a category we accept.
